◇留学材料简历的制作

顾名思义，简历即个人信息的简要概括。其形式一般简洁，内容通常一目了然。简历的制作目的就是让录取人员通过字里行间的简明信息对申请人有大致的了解。通常来说留学简历信息涵盖如下几个版块：　　第一版块囊括申请人的个人基本信息，即姓名、性别、出生日期、目前联系地址、电话、传真、电邮地址等。示例如下：Personal InformationName: XXXSex: XXXDate of Birth: XXXAddress: No. XXX, XXX Street, XXX District, XXX City, P.R.ChinaPostcode: XXXXXXTelephone: 86-XXX-XXXXXXFax: 86-XXX-XXXXXE-mail: xxxx@xxx.com　　第二版块通常为申请人的教育背景。一般是按照由近至远的时间顺序罗列申请人接受高等教育经历，如研究生，本科生等。如所入读中学为全国重点知名院校也可以列出以便帮助录取人员更好了解申请人的受教育经历。示例如下：Education Information/Background 09/2003-present XXXX (university)Major: XXX (注明改专业为研究生、本科或者专科项目，即， graduate/undergraduate/junior college program)Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree /Associate Degree pending 　　第三、四、五版块通常介绍学生的学生工作经历、社会实践经历、获奖情况、培训经历等，可依据内容划分版块或把相关信息归纳至一个版块。示例如下Commonweal Activities  07-08/2006, Organizing to pay a visit to XXX Social Welfare Home 07-08/2005, Organizing to pay a visit to XXX Welfare Home for Children 07-08/2004, Organizing to pay a visit to XXX Home for the AgedPosts 2005-2006, Director of Information Research Department of Student Union  2004-2005, Header of Model Team of XXX 2003-2004, Header of Ceremonial Team of Student Union Awards  2006, the Third Scholarship  11/2005, the First Award in Etiquette Knowledge Contest of XXX 10/2005, the Second Award in Cooking Contest of XXX  09/2005, the First Award in Board Games Contest of XXX  04/2005, the Second Award in Model Performance of XXX  11/2004, Excellent Award in Speech Contest of Management College of XXX and the First Award in Comprehensive Knowledge Contest of XXX 04/2004, Association Activity Enthusiast and Excellent Award in Model Performance of XXX Trainings 03-04/2006, Primary Calligraphy Professional Qualification Training  26/11/2005-02/01/2006, Education Theory TrainingWorking Experience 12/2004-12/2005, working as a part-time tutor teaching English and mathematics The 2nd academic year-present, running a finery shop together with my friend　　接下来的版块要呈现出申请人的其他优势，如英文成绩（IELTS, TOFEL, CET Band 4，CET Band 6， TEM 4 and TEM 8 等等）、电脑技能（证书以及能力）以及其他证书。示例如下：English Proficiency 2006，CET Band 6 03/2005, IELTS Score: 6.5Computer SkillsLearning a majority of foundational courses about computer; familiar with Windows and LINUX operating system; proficient in the application of the Internet and other programming languagesOther Certificates 09/2005， The Certificate of National Senior Food Checker 06/2003， Mandarin Certificate Class 1（B）　　留学简历通常以个人兴趣或者一段自我评价收尾，以便让录取人员更加了解申请人。通常情况下，个人兴趣及自我评价应该尽量用归纳性的语言简洁明了地概括自己。太多的举例会显得过于繁琐，通常情况下介词词组，形容词等应灵活运用在此版块。如：InterestsScience fiction， swimming，travel，movie，pop music，street dance，etc.Self-commentPositive, optimistic, sanguine and confident; equipped with vivacious character, good psychological quality, strong independence, sense of innovation, abilities in thinking the problems independently and solving them calmly and team spirit; able to bear hardship and stand hard work in study, uplift study and practice capabilities step by step in tense studying and living environment and keep perfecting myself ceaselessly　　以上版块组成了一份完整地简历。总之，制作简历的时候一定要遵照简单、精要、明了的原则。长篇大论或者小事大化都是不合适的。记住一份成功的简历就是让录取人员直接获取他们想要的东西，而不是看了以后不知所云或倍感罗嗦。 　　（本文作者：澳际出国留学翻译部　惠老师）　　特别声明：本文为澳际出国留学原创文章，如有转载请注明出处“澳际出国留学”及作者姓名。
