Colorado State - Pueblo is a public, polytechnic university. It was founded as a two-year institution in 1933, became a four-year college in 1963, and gained university status in 1975. Its 275-acre campus is located in in the southern part of the state near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains—just a short drive to Denver and Colorado Springs. The state’s geography and attractions create an exciting environment for this vibrant college campus.
